Since there is no evidence, and those who do believe in him are just listening to other people who don't have a clue.

God cares whether you believe in him or not, but he gave mankind a great gift called freewill. With freewill that gives you the power to make up your own mind. Some people will never believe in God. Some people will have a deep rooted faith that runs that life. Most have a mediocre belief system and get caught up in everyday life events and religion is sort of an after thought. It comes down to what kind of proof do you need to have faith. Faith is a reliance or trust in someone or something that may not have undeniable proof. We were not around when Jesus was crucified and rose from the dead. Men wrote stories to remind us. When stories are written they lose power over time. Some people don't believe the Holocaust ever happened and that was in the 1940's. Some people have blocked out September 11th, 2001 out of their minds all ready and that was in our back yard. God does care. He will show his presence to you it's just whether you are paying attention. And if you choose to never believe that is your right, but I will exercise my rights and choose to believe. If I am wrong nothing happens. If you are wrong, you have to answer to the highest power in the universe. Hopefully he is understanding.

>>>Since there is no evidence,<<<

There's plenty of evidence of God's existence. It's not His fault if some people have talked themselves out of the ability to see it.

>>>and those who do believe in him are just listening to other people who don't have a clue<<<

Really? That's not how I came into my faith four years ago.

I don't "believe" in God -- I KNOW that He's real!

The Bible is really just a fake story, perhaps a bit like the Loch Ness monster tales.

When we pass on information to another (example: story, joke, description of something etc) by the time these details are passed on by word of mouth, interpreted by others, and then written down, the final details are typically quite different than the original information.

Since the Bible is just a man-made story passed down over many years in various forms, the chance of it being accurate in any shape or form is remote.

There are people who swear blind that the Loch Ness monster exists regardless of all the evidence to the contrary, but a fence post bobbing up and down in the Loch does the trick. Similarly there are people who swear blind that God exists and the Bible is fact, yet there isn’t one blind bit of evidence to support such theories.

Biblical tales are really no different than Loch Ness monster tales, just the era is different. Current evidence proves conclusively that God and the Bible are both fakes.

There is not one single matter discussed in the Bible out of the many thousands of issues raised that has been proven true, yet many matters have been proven false.

You don’t really need to be a rocket scientist to deduce with practically 100% certainty that God and the Bible are fake.

You just are not looking for evidence. You want evidence? It's out there. Plenty of it. Start with a easy book a child can read as an appetizer. Josh McDowell was once an atheist professor. He wrote this book for you. "More than a Carpenter". When you are ready for the hard core stuff... He has the updated collegiate book; "The New Evidence that Demands a Verdict".

The evidence is within you. Don't look outside. God cares because you belong to God, that's all. Even when you say you don't believe in God, there are pieces of God in you. Nobody has to tell you, just look within you, but look very carefully. Take care.

There is evidence all around. (im not going to list billions of them)
And God wants you to be in heaven with Him but you only get there if you believe in Him and give your heart to Him. Its Gods house. I wouldnt let a stranger in my house. And I dont listen to other people, I have found out for myself. Plus I have a relationship with God (that must sound weird to you) so I know He is real.

God cares because He created each of us and wants us all to be in Heaven one day reunited with Him - you can read about this in the Bible. He is a caring, loving, and just God. Yes He cares if you do not believe in Him because He knows that you are working toward your own destruction. Just like when a child won't listen to his/her parents and chooses a destructive path anyhow. But that doesn't mean that He's going to step in and force you to make correct decisions. It is up to each of us which way we choose.

He doesn't. That's an ego projection that people have indulged. However, the reality is that those who have a direct experience of Ultimate Reality experience a joy that is unimaginable so ... if questions of meaning and Existence plague someone, cultivating this experience may be a good bet. And this rhetorical statement of atheism is spiritual or religious..how?

There are boatloads of evidence (not proof, mind you, but evidence). Just look around. God does not play dice with
the universe. There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio...

To what or whom are you listening?
