i got married in canada, now need to ask that does my husband needs to go bacjk to canada., because on that time he was on visit visa.

Not 100% sure what it is your asking. If I understand you correctly. Your husband is American and was visiting u in Canada when u got married. If he chooses to stay and live in Canada you need to sponsor him in immigration proceedings, conversely if your now going to live in the States he must do the same for you. Either way I doubt that entry into both countries would be denied with your proof of identity and marriage but you definitely have to get long term immigration proceedings started.

Yes, he should go back to Canada before his I-94 date, unless you think you can adjust his status quickly enough that he won't spend any time illegal.

Are you an American citizen? If so, file the I-130 and the I-129F for him as soon as possible. One or the other should be ready in only a few months.

I don't think so, but I know a girl that goes back and forth because her husband is canadian.

I also know another girl who married a canadian and hasn't been back to the states since, so I think once you marry someone from a different country, they're automatically a "citizen" of that country.
