Some people are sure "everywhere". Some people aren't sure anywhere. Some people think the Creator is a force rather than a person or a thing, in which case that Creator is either everywhere or else can't be anywhere.

It shouldn't really matter, though, because if a Creator created you and gave you life here on Earth I would think the intention was that you would spend your mental energy, heart and time devoted to answering the questions and solving the problems of Earth and the people on it. If there anything after life on Earth you can deal with that when you get there, and if there isn't then wouldn't it be a waste if you spent all your time here looking for answers we are not supposed to have while we're here.... I don't think there's anything wrong with pondering the idea of a Creator and deciding whether or not you want to go with that belief, but then I think we all have to accept that there are answers we won't (as far as we know) be getting while we're here. Life is full of mysteries, and that's not only ok its wonderful much of the time. It wouldn't be life if it wasn't.

If you want to be complete start looking for what you can do to make this world a better place, even if its only your own little part of this world. Ask what you can do to be a better person as well.
Enjoy the wonder of things you can't understand. You're already complete. You just don't see it yet. There's a difference between a complete human and an all-knowing human (which doesn't exist and isn't going to exist).

My answer may not be correct in the eyes of certain religions, but my belief has provided me with peace and direction while I'm here.

I don't think he is asking about God. He is supposed to be a robot or something? Maybe some kind of internet chat bot type thing?

He wants to know who programmed him I guess.

He is everywhere present. There is no spot where God is not.
You live and move and have your very being in Him.
