It really just depends on if you are ready for that or not. 14 is a young age to take a major step like that most definitely with all of the things going on in the world(STD's and Babies). I think that you should let her know that you don't think right now is a good time for things to be taken to that level. If she disagrees than maybe she's not good for you because it seems like to me that you are thinking very smart about the situation.

You are only 14, dude. No reason to hurry into the adult world. Besides...no offense, but chances are, you have no idea what you are doing, and it will just end up being a huge disaster. So just chill...wait until the time is right FOR BOTH OF YOU, not just her.
If that is all she is looking for, then you should get rid of her. You are too young to worry about the drama that having sex adds to your life.
Besides...you wanna take a chance of being a 14 year old DADDY?
Don't tell me you will use protection. NOTHING...I MEAN NOTHING, is full proof.
