I took a picture with my digital camera and when I downloaded it to my computer, I saw that it came out blurry. I really want this picture perfect, so is there anything(Photoshop, the in store picture machines, etc) that I can use to fix it? Please help!!!

Bigonegrande is right, I'm afraid.
You'd think there would be some software by now to repair motion blur / out of focus areas, but there's not.
If the blur is very slight, you can use any image editor to 'sharpen' the image. This menu option doesn't quite do what its name suggests, but it can create the illusion of crispness. If used to excess, however, it will deteriorate the quality.

blurry due to motion, or blurry because it's out of focus. either way, no fixing it. you can't sharpen an out of focus picture.

There is no way to fix blurried pix.
