actually iam too slim and want to increase my weight .

You can drink ensure plus, or another health drink that can help you gain weight and maintain a healthy weight. I drink those, one brand might taste better than another, but you'll just have to experiment. I like making chocolate shakes with it. Taking approved vitamins, like One a Day-they come in many varieties, especially for weight gain. Also eating more foods with protein along with working out parts of the body to gain muscle and to make you look filled out in places that you desire. You can also go to any gym or even to a college campus gym or YMCA (which may be cheap or free if there's a fee), and they will have people there who are trained to help you get the shape and weight that you desire and can give you more options and motivation.

Seriously don't listen to anyone on here! Go ask your doctor, because if you do this in an unhealthy way you could have a heart attack or stroke that may result in death. Gaining weight is not a thing to be taken lightly and should be monitored professionally.

Eat more beef steak
Fry your foods with olive oil
Eat avocado
Eat fresh coconut
Eat nuts
Drink coconut milk
Drink whole milk
