my daughter with the disrespectful boyfriend has went over board my grand baby 4 yrs old told me when her momy was gone he pulled her pants and panties down and spanked her with a comb her mother has told him time after time do not whip her girls when my daughter is home they use time out for the kids or no dessert go to your room some thing of that nature but this time was different nobody there he takes her pants down should i report him or let my daughter handle it if she gets him out her house I need answers NOW

Talk to your daughter, tell her that what your grand-daughter told you. If she doesn't take action, you're going to have to by calling the authorities.

This is your daughter's issue, not yours.
Your daughter left her child in his care. If she has issues with it, she needs to speak with him about it and decide what is appropriate.
It was a comb, not a whip.

IF THEY LIVE IN YOUR HOUSE TELL HIM HE HAS TO LEAVE . IF SHE INSISTS ON GOING TELL HER TO GO BUT THE BABY HAS TO STAY THERE OR YOU WILL CALL CPS . IF THE CHILD HAD ANY MARKS ON HER BODY , YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE AUTHORITIES RIGHT THERE AND THEN .WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR A DEAD GRANDAUGHTER ?
