I would say the person who posting this question isn't intelligent because he keeps asking the same thing over and over. They also don't have a life because they want people to rate the picture. Dude, there's a site devoted to just that called www.hotornot.com
Stupidity really makes one unattractive, so if you're the person in the picture, you'd get less than 1.

I can't rightly judge. It's all relative.
However, if you're just curious...
a) I'd say Caucasian or middle-eastern, definitely bound to be hairy. Still pretty young, possibly 20s or 30s. (I can't see his hands so well so I can't rightly say).
b) Gee...Intelligent. You can never really tell unless you talk to the guy but he looks like he can decently dress himself so I wouldn't say he's mentally challenged.
c) Wild guess, huh? Nice friendly person who is a bit shy or just not quite bothered about the camera. He's smiling but he's not exactly posing.
d) How about a 7?
And my friend, do yourself a favour and don't worry about how attractive the person is. One should find value in themselves, not from other's opinions.
