yes, but you should also do some ab crunches to tighten your ab muscles to get a flatter stomach.

Well yes and no it can help but it would be very low of losing weight but walk/running yes it goes throughout the body and work it out treadmill most likely loses thigh fat and get hips smaller and yes crunches take time but it depends on what your eating they say you need exercise to lose weight but its most likely the food you need to watch over too like japan food they never really need to exercise because they eat good food so really watch over what you eat lets say you eat something with some fat in it exercise so it doesn't turn into a lot of fat and don't drink soda or juice drink water everyday it can lose you 10 pounds in a week

Yes, cardio can burn fat, but not significantly. The greatest amount of fat loss will be achieved through a diet change. Eating clean is the best way to lose the midsection.

Yes, but the exercise gurus say that lifting weights will make stomach fat come off faster.
Why not walk and then lift some weights afterwards for about 10 minutes?

Yes - that's also a good cardio workout. If you want to accelerate fat burning and increase endurance I'd suggest adding incline to the treadmill (as far up as it goes). Good luck!

Of course. Walking around my neighborhood or on the treadmill is my only exercise and I get in great shape if I do that every day. In reality, I only get to do that every 2-3 days. Good luck to you!

not as much as you would if you were jogging. Try to do at least 10 minutes / mile. It would be a lot better if you could jog outside and go up a lot of hills. Going up hills works your abs and makes your stomach flatter.
You will lose wieght but then you will gain wieght. Doesn't look like much but muscle is heavy

Yes, any cardio workout will slowly burn fat over the body. It will eventually get rid of the fat on your stomach, along with fat all over your body.

It would proabably take a long time on a tread mill no matter how far you run, I would suggest doing crunches everynight at LEAST 100. I lost six inches in no time, I fit into an outfit that was way to tight on me before! try it!
