What forms are required when selling a used car private party in Texas?

I couldn't find the steps at http://www.dot.state.tx.us/, but it's possible I'm just missing it. I guess the main thing I'm getting at is what forms are required, so that I can wash my hands of responsibility of the used car I'm trying to sell.
