now a days nothing tastes very good ...I like meats that are organic they seem to have more taste

As far as the "tasiest" without the aid of spices/cooking styles chicken is just plain bland and a blank slate. Which can make ideal for many types of seasonings.
Pork is a little better.
Mutton has more taste to it but is often a bad cut and fatty/grisly cut of meat.
Beef and Fish would be your tastiest. Fish is too vague. There are so many fish out there that have rich full tastes to them that can make any dinner a real treat. There is a reason why sushi is so tasty.
In the end, it really matters how you prepare and what you are looking for.
