I want to get my belly tightend up by august 28th, I have been eating less since august started and I have been doing at least 100 crunches everyday since the beggining of July, but I see no results, is there any thing else I can do???

Ok, you have a pretty good start but there are really better exercises you can do to achieve results faster. Check out the link below and continue to eat low fat low sugar foods. Also, you really should up your cardio routine to go along with this and maybe throw in some yoga class to round things out.
