I'm sick of my ***** hair. Ive cut it like once in my life and it never grows. What can I do to make my hair finally grow. Please help me out. I'm a black girl.

That is a difficult question because everyone has a built in genetic hair growth pattern. I don't think taking pills helps but I do know when I eat things like sunflower seeds, nuts, things with oil in them, my hair seems to grow much faster. Also, I do take some "liquid" vitamin and that seems to help my hair. The hard pills don't have any effect.

girl stop stressing over your hair!!!! You are not your hair like India says!!!! Seriously if you are stressed your hair want grow. Just make sure you keep it washed, greased, pressed or permed accurately due to type of hair and it will grow. usually braids grow people hair. Keep getting braids in for a year as long as they aren't to tight and your hair will grow.

Pamper your hair. Try to keep direct heat to a minimum. Condition it well every time you shampoo and try using prenatal vitamins. I know many women who have gotten extra hair growth from the boost in the vitamins.

I'm black to and this is what made my hair grow.Well since my mom has been getting my hair braided and greasing it every other day my hair has grown 05 inches.

go for hair therapy.oil ur hairs every 5th day n wash it after an hour.use good conditioner.u can use yogurt,egg n some nutritious packs for ur hairs.

No extensions, they are not natural. Try to do dreadlocks. Dreadlocks are beautiful. I saw a black woman with dreads reaching her knees and it was fascinating to see that!
