Well, there is the Nerf baseball bat. Nerf is a USA company which manufactures sports equipment. However, all their products are made from a styrofoam-like material. It is great for kids who want to play sports but don't want to be injured by them. I have a close friend who received a Nerf baseball bat as a gag wedding gift. Everytime he gets in to an agrument with his wife, they take out the bats and hit each other until their tempers simmer down. It is very therapuetic. I think it also works for other forms of anger management. Perhaps, it can help you as well.
