im not fat but i dont like my pudge that my stomach has everyone says im fine but i dont like it i get sorta where i ant then i loose it i never can keep my body where i want it at what is a good way to eat healthy and keep my body where i want it to be, also what are some good workouts?

pilates is awesome. seriously.. i got that windsor pilates thing from tv, the one w/ daisy fuentes, and when i used to do it everyday, and some cardio once in awhile, my stomach got FLAT. it's awesome... try pilates!
