You've taken the first step - and that's in being honest with yourself. You need help. You may be suffering from depression, you may be exhausted, or you may be dealing with unresolved anger issues. Make an appointment to see your doctor. Tell him/her EXACTLY what you've told us here; state that you need a complete physical and ask for a referal to see a psychologist or psychiatrist. Start eating healthy foods, go for a walk each and every day starting out with fifteen minutes and working up to thirty minutes, and make a daily schedule that allows you an hour to yourself every day. YOU MUST STOP SCREAMING AT YOUR FAMILY. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR... and you know this to be true. Walk away each and every time you feel your blood start to boil. Replace this behavior by jumping into the shower or going for a walk. Do it... these are the people you love and who love you!

You apparently are stressed over something take at least a hour for yourself even if it meens sitting in a nice warm tub and just pray to God he is the one that can help you here. Being a mother wife etc does put alot of stress on a person and I think if you just take a little time out and pray you will feel alot better and good luck I'll say a prayer for you right now also

get lots of sleep. Your kids, maybe you can send them to day care. If you've ever been over worked, that is whats causing it. Dont listen to the people who are telling you to get medicine. All you need is vitamins and exersise (tom cruise lol) but you do need to get away fora day or two. If you dont have money ask your husband if he can go on a last minute mini vacation with the kids. You can stay at home. All you need is alone time **wiggles eyebrows** with the hubby

You need a break. Sounds like the weekend treated you bad and you just need to shake the responsibility. The summer is almost over so the kids will go back to school soon and alot of that "annoyance" will go away.
Try to do something or spend your time doing something where you know your kids behave and your husband is occupied.

You can go see comedy movies, take a cruise, buy yourself flowers (they lighten up the room and make people hapier and they smell good). Take a walk and realize all the beautifull things around you. Take a nap.Give hugs.Write a letter, its always exciting to get one back. Go bowling.Go on a bike ride. (I have a book of things you can do in front of me).Take a bubble bath.Draw a picture. Re-decorate a room. Plant something. I hope this helps you. You can email me at Cedez92@yahoo.com

asking for help is the first step to healing. See a doctor. You brain has chemicals to make you happy, sad, angry.. If they are unbalanced you will feel the way you feel now. This could be from past pregnancies or nutrition deficiency. Once you get your chemicals balanced you'll be happy and fun. Act now before things get worst.

you need to take some time for yourself. spend some time alone and relax and do something that you enjoy. think about whats really upsetting you and try to think of ways to overcome it. talk to a friend about what's bothering you to get it off your chest, or start a diary so that you can let your frustrations out elseware than on your family.

go into a room alone and sit and figure out why....you'll have to be honest with yourself, but you do know why you are so grumpy. If that fails try getting out of the house alone and go be with friends, we all have days that are rough and we do tend to lash out at those we love, remember you love them and they are not the enemy
