Are they supposed to be in hospitals working?

I'm a real doctor with real hospital job. I log in from time to time because I think its fun and enjoy answering some of the questions.
I have to say though, that some (actually, a lot) of the answers I see appear to come from cloud cuckoo land..

Well, I am a medically qualified (real) doctor, but I am doing some laboratory research for a while before going back to dealing with patients, so I occasionally log into Y!A from my lab, though I usually do so in the evenings...
I doubt you'd find a doctor actually working in a hospital on here - I certainly would never have had the time when I was working in a hospital.

Maybe. Maybe not. But what you might consider is that some may have equal knowledge to doctors, i.e. they may have completed most of their study but did not bother to graduate (take exams). Of course you should never believe anything you read here without proving it to yourself or making sure that more than one source says the same thing. It's safety in numbers.
