I kicked my bf out this morning and I don't want to be with him anymore he doesn't get it he thinks that it is a joke! He keeps calling me I don't want him anymore he can't hold down a job and he treats me like I am his child and he is a control freak. How do I get the point across to him that I don't want to be with him anymore I have told him that so many times and he doesn't get it he just wants to make my life miserable I think.

First of all, get a Restraining Order -- go to the courthouse, and keep a record of the phone calls -- having a good track of dates/time groupings, and several in a row, then you have been harassed, and this is considered dangerous. He already knows where you live, and you have experience with him not holding a job and treating you abusively.

If the court or police don't do anything, go to a Shelter and ask them for help -- they have services that may not be available elsewhere. Again, the tracks of his phone calls, his abuse (including verbal, controlling behaviors, etc) are all reasons to be scared.

Get a usesy. If you don't no what that is you just go out with a guy until the old(ex-boyfriend) finally gets the point that what you said was real and how u felt was real. and I am pretty sure he will get the point.

If he keeps bothering you get a protection from Harrassment order on him. He needs to realize that you have moved on and do not want to be with him

Don't answer the phone. Get a restraining order if you must. Get a new boyfriend. Start surrounding yourself with people you know and trust.
