is it better for u to work out in the morning or at night. becus sometimes in the morning i eat before i run and people say its bad cus u burn muscile not fat.thanks for the help.

I just have water before running in the morning,eat after this allows nutrients to rush to the muscles that just got the work out and by doing allows them to be stronger, and your endurance longer.

Actually I have read that you are at peak work-out condition at 3 pm in the afternoon, but that is really inconvenient for most of us who work, so the common advice is to work out at whatever time is most convenient to you. It is better to do it at any time, then not to do it at all. But if you are lucky enough to have an open schedule it is best to do a cardio workout in the morning and strength training in the late afternoon when your muscle strength is at its peak...

Working out mid-afternoon would probably be your best bet. However, cardio in the morning on an empty stomach will yield great fat-burning effects.

I prefer to workout early in the morning,before sunrise, on a empty stomach. by working out in the morning it gives me more energy through the day.

I workout at night, it boost my metabolism in turn decreases my urges to eat before i go to sleep. Then, i wake up with more energy and an appetite to eat sensibly, and it is a routine habit..which ensures that i watch my diet! I stabalize my weight and i look great!

It's better to work out in the morning, because working out speeds up your adrenalin, causing you to have more energy. If you did this at night you would not be able to sleep.

I would say work out in the morning than in night. It's best to do it at dawn to shape in shape, when at dusk, you don't have to worry about streetlights.

if u work out at nite u'll have trouble falling asleep, cuz ur wound up from doing so much before bed.
