If a woman over 21 has consensual sex with a boy under 16, should she have to (a) rot in jail, or (b) pay a $100 fine?

You know how people would view a man over 21 having consensual sex with a girl under 16........don't you?

Why are the circumstances different when it comes to a chick sleeping with a younger guy, when it is a guy they throw the book at him. You should know better than to be dating a 16 year old when you are 21 HELLO! Can't find anyone your own age or what! There are plenty of men out there that are 21 and I am sure they need to get laid too!

C) Go to jail for 10 years. Make her enlist in her local county as a sex offender. Do 2000 hours of community service and pay a 10,000$ fine.

It depends on the law in your country, but I think there's nothing wrong if the boy is not under 12.

First of all, she is dumb for doing it, second of all, it was consensual. I don't have an opinion on how to punish her, cause she is probably too dumb to learn anything from the punishment anyways.
