I read the instructions, but it doesn't say anything about clothing or other stuff in the room. Only talks about the parts that can catch on fire.

No, you should either remove them or cover them with plastic. Read the instructions.... it should say so.

By the way, most of those foggers are FLAMMABLE. You should turn off any near by flames. Also, turn off the AC or cover the vent.

You can leave the clothes and the pillows where they are,
Just remember, you will have to wash them all before using them.

If you leave your pillow there and fog the room and do not wash it, you will be inhaling the residual fumes from the fogger.

If you do not wash your clothes, the residue of the poison can be absorbed by your skin.

I have to agree with the others, read and follow the fogger directions to the letter.

Read the directions on the fogger. It must tell you how to prepare the room.
