Do I tell her the bad news because she is going to tell him she wants him. Help

First of all, it is never good to get your honey where you get your money...especially if it is a supervisor. It is probably better he is gay, so then they won't go out. Absolutely tell her. It will keep her from being in an uncomfortable position and could harm her career.
