how do you attache the hoover steam vac silver to deep clean your couch?

i have a hoover steamvac silver and i need to clean my couch but can not remember how to attach the app hose to deep clean. can someone help me

Funny you should mention that... I just did mine yesterday!

You have to get at the solution bucket that captures all the old dirty water. Take out the little square do-hicky in the front and put in the end of the upholstery hose with the flat side up. Then flip open the little door on the base of the machine and plug in that little hose with a plug. That's it, turn it on and clean away!!!
