Dogs generally do what is expected of them and respond well to consistent training. All dogs are third world dictators if you allow them to be. Sounds like an owner problem when you have a fat dog that directs its people on its care. Go to hillspet.com and sign up for their weight loss book - it's free - !

Pets, like children, they respond best to routine. Take the little Butterball out after each meal. Don't go back in the house until she is done. In 2 weeks she should get the hang of it.

Remember, when it comes to dogs, what goes in must come out.
