Submitting your site is not enough or even necessary. Search engines work by crawling the web and following links. What you really want to happen is for the search engine bot to find a good link to your site and follow that, hence discovering your site. The best way to establish those few initial links is by submitting to a few directories http://www.seo-blog.com/directory-links.php

The number of links and their quality determines your position in the search engines (there are many other factors but this is very, very important). http://www.seo-blog.com/inbound-links.php

Now the bad news - I took a good look at your site and it's going nowhere. It contravenes all the best practice design and usability guidelines and as far as search engine optimization (SEO) is concerned it is a disaster. I can see that it was built using a crap site creation tool by someone who has never designed a website before. If you are serious about doing business on the web then pay a professional who has years of experience and SEO knowledge to do it for you.

Sorry to tell you this but if I was in your position I would want somebody to tell me.

Because the search engine spider hasn't crawled it yet. I suggest contacting the website and asking them to submit the site to the search engine manualy.
