If you're on a strict diet and not excersicing you will not lose weight very quickly because your body will hit a plateau and go on starvation mode. When your body thinks its "starving" it prepares for not getting enough food by lowering metabolism and holding on to fat. Excercise burns calories so you will lose weight faster.

Are you exercising with your diet, this really may be the key to the weight loss you want to see. As a personal trainer I work with a lot of people that want to lose weight and I often have to get them to realize that there are so many factors that are involved. Especially since it has only been a month just watching your diet is only half of the equation and it is going to take a while for you to see results.
If you aren't happy with the results you have seen so far I wouldn't mind hooking you up with a work out. Just go to my website and write me a request through the "contact us" page. This is free and something I just enjoy doing, good luck.

Hi
Glad to know that you just need to burn up some kilos . So this programme helped me so here goes ,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

I don't know...but I have noticed that the older you are, the harder it is. I recently turned forty and dieted for a month with results like yours. I was so disappointed and frustrated. It made me go back to my old ways. Now, however, I have faced the fact that it will just take longer...I just have to keep going. I recently lost five pounds, and while that isn't a ton, I celebrate each step! I have another twenty to go!

it depends what your diet consist of and are you exersising? you can think your eating right but if you are burning out your body it will be harder to loose weight b/c your body will store fat to keep working. oh and dont eat late as when you go to sleep your body wont be burning anything, it will be resting.
