I want to tell a guy I'm seeing that I appreciate everything he does and that I'm really happy. But I'm being told by my friends thats a bad idea and I will scare him away. If your girl was happy and appreciates what you do- wouldn't you want to know? If you really liked her it wouldn't scare you right?

Hello HE'S NOT INTO Me,

That's an excellent idea. Most young guys are pretty clueless as to what they're doing with their girl. Just what you were saying, that you appreciate everything that he does, isn't going to scare him off. I don't think that it's very threatening. In fact it might even make him want to express his feelings to you too. Communication is good for a relationship. Not communicating is bad for a relationship.

Best of luck to you two.

Wouldn't scare me at all. It is always nice to hear to that you make others happy. Just don't phrase it like you are trying to marry him. Just let him know that you appreciate the things he does for you. Are you guys only seeing each other? How long has it been?

If i liked the girl it wouldn't bother me at all. My wife and I told each other that we loved each other after a month of dating. You know the guy , you should know how he will react. If you think he will understand what you mean then go for it. I am sure he will be very appreciative of your honesty.

Wow your Gyno.! nicely 22, you're sufficiently old and that i think of that's is high-quality. i'm hoping you have an element time interest or are in school and with that it seems such as you're the two very in charge and could be high-quality at the same time. talk on your mum and dad,ask them questions why they do in comparison to how issues are going, enable them to comprehend this! What a exciting yet yet situation that i'm especially particular will end peacefully. in case you do confirm to tie the knot and spend time at the same time forever , alongside along with your new child too! I see no rationalization why that's in any respect undesirable. I mean undesirable which might supply your mum and dad a say to in comparison to this would be like, in case you have been sixteen dropped out of faculty and already had 3 young ones. no longer which would be ridiculous! God bless you 3 and larger of desires! :)

the only person that would be scared by that comment is someone who is afraid of commitment. And then you need to ask yourself- "Is that the kind of person I want to be seeing?" It's not always what you do, but what he does as well. If you want to say that, do it- it's you. And if he is intimidated by that, maybe he's not the one for you. Plus, if you enjoy your time with him, I see no reason he doesn't enjoy himself around you.

I'd like it if a girl tells me shes happy with me. It would only confirm that she feels the same way I feel about her. don't listen to your friends I think it would be an ego booster. If hes doing these things to please you he won't be scared off. tell him it could only make your relationship stronger.

Don;t overdo it, because he might be a chicken and run off. Wait until a month or two into your relationship, then tell him. If he still takes off, the he wasn't the guy for you.

depends on how often you tell him. Once per year oughtta be enough. Anything more will look like you're claiming him and will send him packing.
Besides: if he knows you he probably already knows you appreciate him.

Don't listen to your friends, just sit on his lap and kiss him, say thank you!, If he say for what, just smile and kiss him again, and again.
