I am a hairstylist and I will tell you that Pantene is my least favorite product in the whole world. I'd rather clean my shower with it than put it in my hair.
The conditioner does not penetrate the hair , nor does it moisturize or restructurize. It only coats the hair temporarily coating the hair.
Spend a few extra dollars, and buy a salon shampoo and conditioner for dry hair. It costs more because the ingredients are pH balanced and way more highly concentrated with conditioning agents to be more gentle on your hair. The shampoos will not dry out or strip hair, and conditioners will improve the condition.
I like:
Nexxus- Therappe or Botanoil shampoo followed by Humectress Conditioner. ( they will give alot of moisture to your hair.)

Paul Mitchel also makes a nice leave in conditioner called The Condioner. That does not get rinsed out and will add lots of moisture. It can also be used as lotion for your skin.

Use products on your hair that are more gentle, and you will not have to correct dryness by buying treatments.

Serum is a no no.... that is the stickiest grossest stuff. Are you deep conditioning with a moisturizing conditioner. My hair was SO dry until I invested in a few good moisturizing conditioners (Nexxus or Generic Therappe abd "Perfect Results" Triple Silk Deep Penetrating Conditioners). Get a few plastic caps (clear) from the beauty supply and put a generous supply of conditioner in your hair and let it stay in for 15 minutes at least once a week, maybe twice if you wash it often. This will make all the difference. ALSO, do you drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies. I will NEVER stop taking this hair vitamin also: Mikal Clay's Vitastrand. Worth every penny. My hair has gone from dry and brittle and breaking to strong, shiny, healthy and long. Woo hoo!!!

This may sound gross and even thinking about it look stupid. But good old fashion mayonnaise. Warm it up to about room temperature. Slather hair, put a plastic bag over entire head. Leave on for about an half an hour. Wash out using a gentle shampoo.
Super models don't wash their hair every day. Try going without washing your hair. Washing rinses out natural oils. You a can conditioner every day though. So you don't feel like a total pit.
Don't over brush hair before washing it either. Rumor has it that this also washes away natural oils. Good luck

I like yo use Grape seed Oil and Avocados. Just mash the avocado and mix with grape seed oil (in the cooking oil isle at the grocery store) Let soak - with a wide tooth comb - comb through. Then wash with soap and condition. I really like Biologe light weight hydrating conditioner. It makes you hair soft and does not weigh it down. Good Luck!

Pureology is a great haircare line, but it is a bit pricey at $22.00 per bottle. Enjoy is also good and is a few dollars less. Try using a good deep conditioner one to two times per week; and leave it in for 30 min. or longer if you can. Philosophy makes one you can sleep in.
