These are the only Laws we need : :
1. Do NOT give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
2. Do NOT tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.
3. When in another's lair, show him respect or else do NOT go there.
4. If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy.
5. Do NOT make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
6. Do NOT take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the other person and he cries out to be relieved.
7. Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.
8. Do NOT complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.
9. Do NOT harm little children.
10. Do NOT kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food.
11. When walking in open territory, bother NO ONE. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, DESTROY HIM.

If you do these to things what else is left. If you love God with all your heart, with all of you mind and with all of your soul; then you will automatically adhere to the rest of his commandments very simply because God is love. If you love your neighbor as yourself then you will love everyone unconditionally because once again God is love. It's is a shame however that there are those who choose not to see that there whole life experience would change if they loved instead of hated. There would be not need for it to apply to traffic or property laws because there would be such great harmony that everything would simply fall into place. We would give others right aways at stop signs. We wouldn't have to worry about anyone cheating on their property taxes or contracts to sell property because everyone would be able to trust everyone and a simple hand shake would be good enough.

They would apply to traffic laws and to property laws in this sense:

Whether dealing with traffic, or with property transactions, or anything else really, we should deal with others in a Christ-like manner.

We should deal with others fairly, and treat them the same way we would want them to treat us.

This applies to our lives in church, at home, at work, in business, when we travel -- everywhere.

In 1 Corinthians St. Paul tells us, "Whatever you do, do for the glory of God."

Everything we do matters. And everything we do is an opportunity to express our love of God, and the Christ-like love of neighbor to which we should all aspire.

Traffic law is to save human lives. Property laws are to good common (your and your neighbors) life. But Jesus did not say only laws needed. He said "most important".

Yes.
Love is not the easy thing. Especially in traffic. He did not promise an easy way.
About the property...everything belongs to God. If we could love the way He wanted us to love Him and others, we were in much better shape here on earth.

Letting others go first and being willing to concede an argument or right of way.Twisted ideas of love would be a problem but if they were raised with real love they wouldn't be as twisted. We are talking about an Ideal world right?

love your neighbour maybe but why would love god be a law? Why love an non existant thing? I and many atheists manage not to break the current laws without loving your god.

Jesus said these were the two greatest commandments, not the only ones. The Bible says to obey the superior authorities, that means paying taxes and obeying traffic laws. Jesus said to give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar, but to God what belongs to God.

Leave out the "Love God" part and it might work. The world would be a better place if people just cared about others.
