in the hope that Israel will attack. This is well known in Lebanon.
Then they parade the 'innocent' dead in front of a willing liberal TV media in order to get negative PR against Israel .

Pretty cowardly huh? Doesn't that make you want to become a Muslim Hizzbolla/Hamas terrorist ?

I think that warfare like the Israelis use it brings enough casualties, that Hezbollah does not necessarily use human shield. Simply put though, if they didn't control the south, shoot missiles and capture people during a reasonably peaceful time, there would be no issue.

Likewise, if the world had reacted more quickly to move Lebanese military to the souther area, this could be over.

If Hezbollah would just let the captives go and not ask for every Hezbollah fighter out of prison this could work.

If Hezbollah valued Lebanon more than itself there wouldn't even be a problem

and so forth...

They have always done this.. even in Iraq..It is the whole suicide bomber mentality and they use the civilians as a news media battle to win moral support.. This is their normal way of fighting.. Women put on the bomber vests just like men and blow themselves us.. Hezbolla is sending unguided rockets into Israel and they land anywhere.. Israel is warning the people in Lebanon, plus the people should know when the first rocket goes that they will be attacked is they stay in the area..They are known terrorists.and these are terrorist tactics..
If this spills over into Syria then it will become Russia vs USA. Russia has bases in Syria..

Rev 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

I am aware that you are making some pretty big claims without citing any sources.

atif s, you know as well as I do that there are hundreds of articles describing the atrocities of one side of the conflict or another. I'd like an unbiased source.

Hezbollah uses tactics I do not agree with. Israel responds in ways I do not approve of. The Lebanese government is ineffective and should be removed, preferably, but not necessarily, by the Lebanese people. My opinion of all parties involved is not very high.

actually.... I suspected it.... but the news seemed to indicate last night on FOX News that missles appeared to be fired from Qana which Israel recieved criticism for previously targeting becasue of the civilians there..

and missles keep comin from Qana... almost like... go ahead and hit us again so you will look bad??????... it's disgusting
It reminds me of the children in Iraq who led soldiers to ammo stores kept in their schools... its not right

you have to ask... if any group knows civialians are at risk... why are they still firing missles from civilian areas putting arabs at risk and what would one reasonable expect Israel or anyone under attack to do ?

I believe at least 12 arabs in israel died as a result of missles fired where Hexbolooah did not know where they would land

I agree, that is cowardly

of course so is Israel going after unarmed Palestinians in refugee camps with tanks and bulldozers destroying their homes

seems to me they are both so deep into doing evil there is no hope for peace

I know the tactic was used in Somalia when we went there. A good friend of mine and retired Army Ranger was there and testified to it. But it wasn't a wide spread thing, just isolated incidents.
