I would vote for the person who I think is the best choice, even though I would LOVE to see a woman as our president....=)

I wouldn't vote for a woman to "stick it" to men. I would or would not vote for her based on her point of view just like anyone else that I would or would not vote for, gender is not an issue, she would have to be qualified to run the country.

i wouldn't vote for a woman, or a man, based on gender. then again, politicians so misrepresent themselves, you don't really know what you're getting anyway. i have had four children in the military, all deployed to iraq and afghanistan, some more than once, and the one positive thing about a woman president, in my view, would be that she would be less eager to send soldiers to war. women like the thought of their children being safe. a woman president would probably talk other countries into submission!!!!!!!!!!

It depends on how good she is at the job. I know it will be different to get a woman president. But we have to remember to see if she can handle the job. The way the men politicians go I think any female has a good chance of winning.

I would vote for her. I would vote for her because of her views and because she has the bravery to run. People out there still think today that a woman isn't as good as a man, and by running for president that shows bravery and courage, which a lot of woman don't have; or they do, they're just afraid to show it.

If she's smart & savvy, of course I would. I don't know what makes it so difficult for people to see that there are women out there 100% smarter than George Bush, yet he's President. If one of these women should come forward as a candidate, she'd never get the vote. Yaaay America.

I would absolutely vote for a woman if she best represented my views. I would not just vote for a female who ran for president to "stick it" to men, can you imagine Ann Coulter as the president?

I would only vote on the basis of her views and qualifications. For instance, I would vote for Condoleezza Rice in a second, but not Hilary Clinton.
Never give your vote to someone based on their sex or just one particular view. Your vote is precious. Remember you are voting for the whole person, not just their opinion on one issue.

If she is as good as man, and if she has some interesting ideas, of course I'll vote her. But I won't give her any extra credit just because she's a woman and I am a woman also-just as I won't take points off of her because of her sex.
