ah, unless you are into her mom, lose this girl, think of the future here, say you do this, and then somewhere down the road she wants to do it again, only with another man.
if she would really prefer to break up with you if you won't "do" her mom too, you should lose her, because she is a LOSER.
she is putting you last and have obviously no respect for you.
I know you love her, but its pretty clear that she does not love you.

Is this girl a girl you really can be with long term. If she is real demanding for you to sleep with her and her mom. Who knows next it might be a girlfriend of hers and then a neighbor. ( That's how AIDS is getting spreaded) too many partners. If this is somehting you can't handle then I suggest you call it quits.

Maybe it's a test to see if you'll say yes then she'll see if you will cheat on her or go after her mom. DId you hear her mom say she wants you at the same time? I would not trust it.
