it's not easy, so don't even think that. It takes work, and to increase weight, eat meat, protein and good food, not junk food, but good food that has some weight on it. I've heard bodybuilders eat meat, lean chicken, rice ,you know.. things that have good nutrition.

lots of protein, even go to gnc or a vitamin world buy protein shakes, eat lots of fish, eggs, chicken. but you also must lift weight, if you do the protein shake then weight train you will be on the right path. no way to increase height sorry

Protien shakes for the weight, bicep curls for the biceps, and height -- your genes limit you, but if you eat really healthy, take vitamins & stuff, then you could probably add an inch or 2.

eat cheese ! alot of it it makes you benefit weight so immediately. my chum gained 25 pounds off of cheese and mcdonalds might desire to help yet its kinda disgusting so i assume not=/ i dont relli comprehend how your physique works yet attempt ingesting alot of extreme fat stuff till you get on your favorite weight.
