Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

You didn't mention calorie consumption or what you ate in a typical day. This might be the very source of the problem. It is important to monitor what you are eating in order to have successful weight loss program.

In addition, running 1.5 miles and doing toning exercises is only going to burn a few calories. The running burns about about 120 - 150 calories -- tops. The toning, if the weights are as light as I think they are, probably another 50 - 100 (depends upon how long you do them).

So you are burning about 170 - 250 calories a day. 3500 equals one pound (give or take a hundred calories). So in 15 to 20 days you should lose one pound from exercise alone (assuming you don't overeat)

For you to see faster weight loss, I'd bump up the intensity of your exercise. Start upping the mileage or find other ways to get your metabolism rolling.

Secondly, start monitoring your calorie consumption. http://www.fitday.com is a free calorie counter website (and it's spam free) that'll help you be consistent and accountable. It'll tell you roughly how many calories you consume simply by being alive. Shoot to consume about 500 calories less than this for sustainable weight loss. Never go below 1500 calories unless you are sedentary...

Good luck.

As long as you make your tape (34%) the weight doesn't even matter. Maybe you are building muscle and that is why the weight is not decreasing. It doesn't say anything in there about your diet so you may want to look at what you eat also-- that plays a big factor in weight loss. I wish you the best of luck in the army it is a different world.

You can try asking someone to join you on this healthy lifestyle plan thing. When you have a friend or family member doing with you at the same time, you can motivate each other to start, like planning when you should officially kick start it. And it is definitely more fun when someone join in the plan in my opinion. I don't really get what you mean by nothing motivate you to jump start your plan. Because I thought since you have bought the necessary things, you should have the aim already, shouldn't you? What you need to do is just a choose a date and start practicing healthy lifestyle habits. Just as easy as that. Get some support from your friends and family, they do help a lot.

start alternating between walking for about an hour, and then the next day try running 2-3 miles. you need to step it up some more and run. your body is getting used to the level of activity you are giving it.
at the same time though, you need to be aware of how many calories you are ingesting. this may take actually counting out calories for full week of every single bite you take. including every beverage and alcoholic drink. it all adds up!!! you should aim for about 1600 calories a day.. good luck

Maybe cut down on the your meal portions. Rmember muscle weighs more than fat so if you are execersing and eaty healthy than you may be reshaping you fat into muscle and the scal may not go down but up for a bit and if you contine the routine you will see tha scale go down because you are now buring the calories. Stay away from the carbs and trans fats.

take in a bit less calories.

you're not losing weight now,
