im 11yrs and want to lose about 5pounds in 10 days can any one help and please no stuff like ''you shouldnt be dieting at your age''

i understand if ur worring about weight this early in life. everybody is. but losing 5pounds in 10 days is eltremely unhealthy. but u can do diet i tryed that worked really good. eat 3 meals a day nothing in between. each me should be about 400 cals. and for exercising i would run 3 miles every morning and jump rope every night. also i love sports and i play them like non stop. good luck and since ur so young losing weight should be easy

You do not need to be on a diet if you are 11 years old, unless you are really and truly overweight. Just eat vegetables, proteins (meat,turkey,chicken, fish, eggs etc..) and fruit, and whole grains. Stop eating junk, like chips, ice cream, candy....There is no quick way to lose 5 pounds in 10 days. You have to remember you are just 11 and your body is still growing and changing, and you should not be worried about going on a diet unless you are truly overweight. Which I'm sure you are not.

Eating healthy will give you the results you want. That means don't eat fast food...it is sooooo unhealthy. Your still growing so crash diets are out too...Remember losing weight should come off slowly. Eat breakfast...that is very important..don't starve yourself. Eat 3 healthy meals a day. And healthy snacks. Healthy foods include meat eggs vegetables fruit whole grain cereal milk a little cheese and throw in a few nuts. Eliminate sugar. Drink plenty of water. Walk. Keep a positive outlook. Smile. Laugh. Spread it around. Good luck!

if you lose that much weight in that much time then it is mostly water and muscle...which means it will come back on again when you change your eating habits and it will take longer to lose weight again in the future. If you are overweight (speak to a nurse or doctor to see if you are) then follow a healthy eating plan, make sure you have plenty of fibre, protein, fruit and veg and water. The most you should want to lose is 2pounds a week so you might lose 4pounds in 14 days???

Why worry about how you look if people cant accept you hun then stuff them. You need to learn to love your self!
