Banana Pancakes!
Put in blender:
2 bananas
2 tbs honey
1 tbs olive oil (or any oil)
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 c milk ( I use soymilk)
Blend and then mix in
1 C flour (whole wheat is best!)
and fry on a nonstick skillet. I love this for breakfast and you dont' need baking powder or anything. Taste not really like a pancake but it tastes good!
