I am sorry but I am darn sick of it too!
Sick of having to wait while I have to Select MY OWN language, ENGLISH, when it should be THE ONLY CHOICE!!!!
LET them have a Spanish telefono numerals to call...
and let OUR phones connect to ENGLISH ONLY...
YOU pick #1 ENGLISH and get a person who can barely speak it and cannot understand you or you them!

I truthfully do not know, however I suspect the ones telephone calls would no longer be used as proof until she knew she was once being recorded. But it is valued at trying out for your state. The mom can not have an excessively prime expectation of privateness if she's on a dwelling telephone line. However, even though it had been allowed, I'm no longer certain it might do something. The courtroom can not quite control how a mum or dad talks to his or her little one. Raising children hopes and speeding them is a shitty factor to do, however it is not legally actionable.

I wish that were the recording. What's up with all these places where you call and get a recording "For English, press 1". I mean English is the official language, it should be the default language on the menu, right?

Why do people like you, want to fight a majorities right to acknowledged their right to their language? You may feel this way, but the majority of business and govt. agencies don't feel this way, sorry....
There are many legal residents who speak Spanish and what is wrong with that? We are the only country that is surrounded by Spanish speaking countries with the exception of Canada.....So of course we will offer Spanish to those people....Remember majorities rule, don't forget that...!
