I have it so badly. I know that's what it is and I don't want to go to the doc. I just don't. So if anyone knows anything about it, please help.

Stay out of the sun and always wear sunscreen when you must go out. Put it on every morning as part of your routine. Avoid spicy foods. See if eliminating dairy from your diet helps. It can also be worse from stress.
You should really evaluate your reasons for not seeing a doctor. If is in an advanced state, it could even effect your eyesight.

do a search on a search engine like the one at excite.com or altavista.com. You will probably find a product just for rosacea that works.

You really need to be under a Doctors care but at least use zinc oxide cream on the affected area. Here are some things for you to avoid. extreme heat or cold- hot baths-sun-wind-icy drinks-hot or spicy foods-alcohol consumption-stress- and long term use of stseroid cream. good luck

Zinc oxide applied to the skin will speed healing. Wear sunscreen, even on rainy days, and wear a hat whenever you go out.
