Get creative. Make their food look like other stuff. One of your classics would be ants on a log, but do one better. Go to Familyfun.com they have great ideas. Hope this helps. If that doesn't work, take them to the market and let them pick up one breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert item, making the first three healthy stuff.

You didn't mention the age of your little ones, but...
I was having the very same thing in my house, so I bought a chidren's cookbook and got them involved. Look around and find one appropriate for their age group and tastes preferably one that doesn't have a recipe for corn dogs LOL. I've managed to get them to eat all sorts of new things once they looked in the book and picked it out for themselves!
You can also make tacos and let them add their own toppings, and one trick they still don't know about, is finely shredding carrots and zucchini and adding them to my spaghetti sauce. If they had any idea the were eating veggies they'd turn their noses up FAST!
Remember that eventually, they get bored with everything! Hang in there!

Try some simple, healthy food like grilled chicken and potato, or spaghetti with tomato sauce and cheese.
Mashed veges are a good bet if your kids don't usually like them.
My 5 year old doesn't like veg at the moment, so I fill him up with fruit salad or yoghurt after dinner.
The fact is that it's hard being the parent responsible for providing food for a family, three times a day. Just do your best. Do try for some healthy food though, you'll feel better and they'll thank you for it later.

These usually go in cycles. As long as they are healthy, it's ok-I understand your frustration! Have them drink Pediasure or make sure they have a chewable vitamin so they are getting adequate nutrition. Put different foods beside the corn dogs so they will at least taste them. Or, make a really yummy meal and then give them just the corn dogs (Although they might love this)-it might make them want to taste it if they see and smell other foods.

I feel your pain as my kids are the pickiest ever. I did buy an inexpensive deep fryer. Now I buy frozen shoestring potatos and chicken nuggetts and make them at home. My kids like boxed mac-n-cheese too. Simple spaghetti sometimes works (no chunks of vegetables). Tortillas with bologna, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese..............we call this "beachtowels"
string cheese, homemade pudding that is sugarfree (atleast they're getting the milk)
baby carrots served with different dips (ketchup, ranch dressing)
Good luck. I totally know how frustrating this problem is and I'm living it too.

Something they can help to make!
What about mini pizzas? Offer small bowls of different toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, pineapple, etc., and cheese?
Same thing with tacos! Cook the meat, prepare lettuce, cheese, onions, tomatoes, etc., and let them make their own.
Fruit salad works the same way.

Have your kids cook with you. This will get them interested and proud of what they make. Hide chopped veggies in homemade pizza under the cheese or in lasagna.
