If I have a B1/B2 Visa, can I stay in USA for 4 month and go back to my country and later go to USA again?

As long as the visa is valid, you can use it as often as you want to and can afford to. But do not try to work, study, or get married and stay on a B1/B2 visa. You can be refused entry and your visa will be cancelled if the CBP officer believes you are something besides a tourist.
