Give them a fair trial.
Then:
If it is proved, then they should be made and example of and given the maximum sentence.
It is important to send a message that America is there to protect the innocent, and that American justice is not a joke.
Otherwise, you will never earn the trust of the Iraqi people, or any other potential ally.

I think they should throw them out with nothing into the iraqi desert so the iraqis can rape and torture them. No, I really think they deserve a fair trial and I know they will be found guilty and when they are I think they deserve a little bit of time in prison so they can be tortured a while then get the death penalty. I think they dont deserve to see their own kids ever ever again. at least barker ( i dont know if any of the other ones have kids.) its too bad we cant just watch them get raped a few times then burned and shot to death.

Maximum penalty allowable under the law. I advocate death for child molesters and rapists so I'm all for that in actuality. The problem is, some people will naturally use this to condemn the military not the men who chose this disgusting course of action.

They should face a court-martial and if they are proven guilty, they will serve the sentence handed down. The Military doesn't mess around with Soldiers who commit serious crimes

I think death would be appropriate, but a prison sentence would be just as good or better. Prison inmates hate child molestors, so they'd get what they deserve (a taste of their own medicine), probably on a daily basis. Don't you love poetic justice?

They should be locked up in an Iraq prison for life. If they commited a crime in Iraq then they should be punished in Iraq, if they are taken back to the US then they won't be punished properly.
