I was fortunate to spend 18 months in Iraq working and conversing with the troops nearly every day. To a man and woman (and Marine... sorry USMC, couldn't resist!) everyone of them understood, accepted and wanted to complete their mission.

Did they want to return home to their families? Of course. But not until their tour was finished and their mission completed. God bless everyone of them. I only hope to be able to secure another contract to return to Iraq and work with such outstanding men and women again.

Those who have been wounded remain anxious to return to their units... Are very pleased with what they have accomplished and often tell stories that are much different than what we hear from the media.
