I just saw a new advert for Smarties with now no artificial colours. They mentioned every colour except BLUE. Does this mean that they have now been removed.

yes and they've now got white smarties- they've probably employed a load of kids in the hols to lick off the blue colouring and re packaged them..that's what i'd do!

I would have thought so, my granddaughter loved the blue ones, she used to pick them out first, so, i must concur with you that they must have had artificial colours in the blue ones, and that they probably cant create the blue colour naturally.

I don't recal blue smarties for years and years now. Wasn't it just a competition thing ages ago, that if you found a blue one you won something??

SSSSSHHHHH, don't tell anyone but the blue smarties have all been abducted by aliens.

I think the CIA are in on it but don't trust anyone who says that they've seen a blue smartie.

Yes; in order for them to advertise as no artificial colourings, they had to drop the blue... sad, I know: it was my favourite colour!
