I'm 17 and i never went out with a boy. There were boys that wanted to go out with me, but i they were't my type, or younger so i said no. My friends all have boyfriends, is it normal i'm still single?

Its not abnormal...nor do you need to have a bf at 17 to feel normal...when the time is right it will present itself, but in the mean time, realize there are more important things than such a relationship for you at this point in your life...your wiser than you know to have been so patient.

You're a freak but so much more sane than your friends who think at 17 that they've found Mr. Right. What would you want with a Boyfriend right now?

Yes, it's normal that's you're preference, when the one you're interested in comes along, i'am sure you will probly have a boyfriend. You are just waiting for someone who is you're type and youre friends probly don't like the same type that you do

Your like me I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was fifteen. I have my virtues and I intend to keep them are you the same way? I was scared that a guy would take them and hurt me in the long run until I met my recent boyfriend who I know is the one ment for me. God bless you and the best of luck to you.

Some of the boys that are not asking you out are either egatistical airheads or they are intimidated by you, that you will say no, but it all depends on what type of guys you want asking you out.

Yes, perfectly normal....maybe you should group date, say yes to one of the ones who aren't really your type, but make it a date that your friends and his friends are all there, so there is less awkwardness for all
