Pasta salad is always a big hit, as well as an anti pasta (not sure of the spelling) you can add a tray of stuffed celery and stuffed hard salami (this you roll after you smother with filling). Garlic potatoes are a must, just throw in some Parsley for some color, and last but least, the all time favorite, fruit salad, the more color the more appealing it is.
The recipe for the filling to stuff celery is cream cheese and ranch mix, add to your taste, then pipe it on the celery portions. Take the hard salami slices, smear with filling and roll up into little logs.....wallah...perfection and yummy too...

Don't forget the vegetarian items like garden burgers- and make sure you have at least one dairy free salad/salad dressing available.
Out of 100 people, you have to count on at least a few people who don't or can't eat meat & dairy due to health issues.

You need an option for those who aren't meat eaters.
Bean salad, Caesar salad, veggies and dips, couscous mixed with diced fresh fruit, fruit skewers with chocolate dip, rolled sandwich meat with buns, corn on the cob.....

what about good ol fashion french fries or tator tots??? or how about some veggies like fried zucchini or squash? of course you can always do little finger sandwiches, or even better barbecue wings, meatballs or cocktail weenies. those are always yummy.
