Its likely not enough to worry about, but most of them do have some calories because they usually have sweeteners and honey-like coating agents for the throat. However, if you are a diabetic, you need to be more careful. Bottom line: Read the label.

Read the nutritional information on the back of the packaging.
just about everything you eat or drink (except water) has calories. i don't see why cough drops would be excluded.

Yes, cough drops have calories, aswell as gum and mints too!

Yes. It's like eating a piece of candy. Unless you find diabetic glucose free variety. They will still have calories, but are made with a sugar substitute.

Yes. Anywhere from 5-20. It depends on the brand and size. Look on the back and there usually are nutrition facts.

Some have sugar and some have honey for a sweetner.
They do have some made with splenda.. So read the package and see which one has less. But they ALL
have SOME.

why would it matter if they do? Its really unhealthy to obsess about your weight and counting calories that much...
