well if you're on a diet, this is what i eat:::: ONE scrambled egg on ONE piece of whole wheat bread and fruit (strawberries and blueberries, or some other fruits) with a spoonful of low fat cottage cheese. then a glass of milk.
sometimes i substitute the egg and bread with a cup of cereal with nonfat milk --i like that one. (i put it in a small cup so that i don't eat too much cereal)
good luck, it's workin for me, but also remember to eat small portioned meals during the day, like some yogurt or something.

try some fruit and wheat toast or toast w/ pb or special k or select post cereal w/ fruit and milk any will work and so many more a lot of times if you buy a mag w/ a weight loss plan they'll give you meal ideas or try looking up menus on diff diet sites

3 egg whites, a half cup of sliced peppers all cooked in a small pan...put on top of two slices of wheat bread.

or

1 lite yougurt cup, 1 slices banana, and 5 large strawberries all in a bender. Add 1 cup sugar free orange juice. It is a power smoothie!

Low-sugar cereal with fresh fruit, like fresh blueberries (full of antioxidants) , fruit smoothies using skim milk, fat-free (low carb) yogurt...Dannon makes a good one, and fresh fruit. Eggs are good sources of protein
