well if you're on a diet, this is what i eat:::: ONE scrambled egg on ONE piece of whole wheat bread and fruit (strawberries and blueberries, or some other fruits) with a spoonful of low fat cottage cheese. then a glass of milk.
sometimes i substitute the egg and bread with a cup of cereal with nonfat milk --i like that one. (i put it in a small cup so that i don't eat too much cereal)
good luck, it's workin for me, but also remember to eat small portioned meals during the day, like some yogurt or something.

Low-sugar cereal with fresh fruit, like fresh blueberries (full of antioxidants) , fruit smoothies using skim milk, fat-free (low carb) yogurt...Dannon makes a good one, and fresh fruit. Eggs are good sources of protein
