theknot.com for sure!!

I am getting married in November and I have used the knot for everything, almost. They have great articles on wedding related subjects, you can put together a bio for free, you can go onto their chat boards for free and ask other brides to be for advice/ideas. It is really a great website. I even have a check list of things to do that theknot set up for me. I have used it since I started planning the wedding! My guest list is even on the site... it is fantastic.

i totally agree with you. i got married in feb and wasn't blown away by any of the wedding sites (or any of the wedding planning books that you can buy). but, i used theknot.com and it was helpful. i used their timeline to help me keep on track, but kept most items in a big binder that i picked up at office depot. it was a great way for me to have a hard copy of things to take to appointments and help me stay organized.

I don't know if there's ONE good one out there for everything. But I have compiled a page of wedding-related links that might help you get everything organized. I hope it helps.

www.theknot.com was great. Also, some of the best ways for wedding planning help is to talk to friends/family members who have been married. They might have some great ideas!!!!

My preference is The Knot (http://www.theknot.com). They have lots of great planning ideas and a really good timeline for planning.
