would you use a 'click and drag' print-screen functionality in your computer's operating system?

Whenever I use print-screen, I don't actually want the whole screen in my image, I want a section of it. Anyone in agreement?

80% of the time... so I crop in paint, photoshop, whatever. If you've got a better way of doing it, please post the details!
