Once a week we go around to all the foreign markets and buy what we need to try a foreign dish. It is fun and challenging and often tasty. Last week was Indian night. We made the best curry's ever! Three different kinds of spice mix and two different dishes. You can get recipies anywhere on the internet.

This week... It will be Korean!

have you tried black and white pudding? i don't have a good recipe for it, but it is a great scottish meal. it is made of pork and it isn't really pudding, but it is awesome (at least i think so). however, it is either a love it or hate it sort of meal, so be careful.
